Terms & Conditions

Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a deposit equal to fifty percent of the total stay. The balance is due thirty days before arrival.

Cancellations made more than sixty days before arrival receive a full refund of the deposit; between sixty and thirty days, fifty percent; within thirty days, the deposit is non-refundable.

The residence is let privately to one party. Maximum occupancy is six guests. Events and additional visitors require prior written approval.
